This magical practice guides you into a deep state of relaxation, and profound healing as yoga nidra restores the mind, body and senses back to their natural state of harmony.
One of my favourite practices, when I am tired and been super busy, is to rest and renew with Yoga Nidra.
I remember years ago when I 'discovered' Yoga Nidra I was feeling exhausted, anxious and rather depleted. It was a time of great change, as I embarked upon getting to know me better, a time of clearing out of my life what no longer served me.
As a mum with three beautiful children, I needed a practice that could serve me deeply and profoundly.

I love that through the process of yoga nidra we set our own intention to bring about the transformation and healing we crave.
This is a deeply relaxing practice, and suitable for everyone, you simply lay still, with no movement in the comfort of your own home and follow the guided instructions. You are invited to come and relax with us each week at 7 pm LIVE online.
Our hour-long guided relaxation session if 'yogic sleep' is practised live online together, from the comfort of your own home.
This is especially valuable to those of you who are 'too busy' to relax, as you simply sign up, receive the joining link and log in at the designated time.
Yoga Nidra is a powerful relaxing, meditative practice to de-stress, develop insights into our unconscious selves, create an enhanced sense of well-being and awaken, or heighten our inner potential. Our yoga nidra classes explore the state of being ‘wakefully asleep’ as a basis for self-inquiry and restoration. It can be a profoundly enlightening and healing experience.
Each session you will develop full physical, mental and emotional rest.

Our weekly practice takes us deeply into reflective relaxation.
There is no movement; we simply follow the guided meditation whilst lying down.
Once you have chosen the number of sessions you wish to attend and signed up you will be sent an invitation, via email, to join us online, simply follow the link in the email a few minutes before we begin, ready to participate.

please wear loose, comfortable clothing.
make sure you have blankets, pillows at hand so that you can be totally comfortable.
a bottle of water.
It is very important to ensure that all other devices are switched off and that you are completely undisturbed - switch off phones, lock the front door - put a do not disturb sign on your bedroom door! Do whatever it takes to ensure that you will be able to relax, switch off and be undisturbed!
