Are you looking for the Perfect Relaxation and Self-Development Practice?

Maybe you feel like you've been going so fast for so long?

Trying to do it all, serving and tending the needs of others before yourself; your relationship, family, work, dependants?

And yet craving, NEEDING, and desiring time for yourself?

Perhaps you are ready to stop for a moment, to relax, renew and reset; so that you are filled up and can start carving out time 'just for you'?

If this sounds like you, I have the perfect, easy to access, weekly practice for you to join in with!

It may seem counter-intuitive, but I have learnt the value in 'me time' and how this ultimately means we show up for others as well as ourselves more resourced, resilient and clear.

By taking time to relax, be guided and set out own clear intentions we begin to breathe deeply again, become more creative and welcome tending our loved ones, and our lives, from a place of fullness and deep rest.

This magical practice guides you into a deep state of relaxation, and profound healing as yoga nidra restores the mind, body and senses back to their natural state of harmony.

One of my favourite practices, when I am tired and been super busy, is to rest and renew with Yoga Nidra.

I remember years ago when I 'discovered' Yoga Nidra I was feeling exhausted, anxious and rather depleted. It was a time of great change, as I embarked upon getting to know me better, a time of clearing out of my life what no longer served me.

As a mum with three beautiful children, I needed a practice that could serve me deeply and profoundly.

If you are going through a healing crisis, suffering from anxiety or stress-related symptoms, if you are a busy mum desperately needing to have some time to yourself then this is the perfect practice for you.

I love that through the process of yoga nidra we set our own intention to bring about the transformation and healing we crave.

This is a deeply relaxing practice, and suitable for everyone, you simply lay still, with no movement in the comfort of your own home and follow the guided instructions. You are invited to come and relax with us each week at 7 pm LIVE online.

Our hour-long guided relaxation session if 'yogic sleep' is practised live online together, from the comfort of your own home.

This is especially valuable to those of you who are 'too busy' to relax, as you simply sign up, receive the joining link and log in at the designated time.

Yoga Nidra is a powerful relaxing, meditative practice to de-stress, develop insights into our unconscious selves, create an enhanced sense of well-being and awaken, or heighten our inner potential. Our yoga nidra classes explore the state of being ‘wakefully asleep’ as a basis for self-inquiry and restoration. It can be a profoundly enlightening and healing experience.

Each session you will develop full physical, mental and emotional rest.

Benefits of Yoga Nidra:

  • Increased vitality

  • Reduces stress symptoms

  • Improves sleep

  • Calms the mind

  • Lower blood pressure

We experience this by following the guided instructions of full-body relaxation, breath-awareness and visualisation.

Some examples of Resolves or Intentions are:

  • I am vibrantly healthy in all ways.

"I absolutely LOVE the practice of Yoga Nidra and am very excited to be sharing it with you!

It is my go-to practice when I feel a little emotionally raw or vulnerable, when I am tired and need to RELAX, when I am developing stress symptoms or when I am wanting to develop myself in new or expanded ways; for those times when I need to change my beliefs or behaviour patterns that habitually hold me back from being the best version of myself."
