I hear from women every day, who feel frustrated about their lack of progress. Women who, despite their insights, efforts and best intentions still feel stuck, confused and exhausted.

With so many demands pulling at you, you feel like you don’t have enough time to carve out space for yourself in between work and family life.


You may be in a relationship, but your partner doesn’t support your needs fully, you may feel alone on your new spiritual journey and they just don’t get it. You are craving understanding and acceptance.

Personally, I find these challenges terribly frustrating and disheartening because I see beautiful women with open hearts, strong women, who are leading the way within their families, friendships, workplaces and communities, struggling and finding things harder than it needs to be, simply because they don’t have the right tools or support.

So, that is why I am committed to sharing effective practices for transformation and expanding our supportive community of beautiful women.

Who Am I? And Why Join Me?

Hello beauty, my name is Charlotte Esmé.


I am a passionate facilitator who draws on many years of study in the fields of yoga, embodiment, breathwork, meditation and the study of metaphysics.

I first came to these practices when I realised that there must be more to life than the paradigm that I was living, I reached crisis point ten years ago when I had a debilitating back problem, I was also going through a divorce, my finances were a mess and my health was suffering from the stress. I truly believed that there were greater realms of possibilities that I could tap in to, to live my life more on purpose with authenticity and trust.

I was a deeply sensitive child, and empathy has been both a blessing and a curse, until I realised the gift of my sensitivity and through years of self-discovery, personal growth and self-love I have learnt to balance my own needs with the needs of my family, what I wish to achieve in life whilst staying open and creative.

I have been through the dark night of the soul, crashed to rock bottom, struggled and come through the other side, happier, more at peace, with my openness, authentic expression and creativity intact.

I am inspired to encourage women to reconnect to the Omnipresent beauty within and without, so that they may achieve a life of radiance and an enhanced connection to themselves and others; to Awaken Grace in every moment.

I believe that through embodied practice we open ourselves to harmonise the flow of energy in our body, which minimises the effects of stress and cultivates a more awakened presence, a stronger vital energy and a greater passion for life.

Alongside yoga nidra, meditation, yoga, breathwork, the use of Spiritual Mind Treatments and other tools such as gratitude practices and journaling, I believe that I have the practices and tools to support you in achieving the meaningful life that you desire. I particularly enjoy facilitating online sessions and courses, our Awakening Grace 200 hr Yoga Teacher Training and our worldwide retreats.

I am deeply inspired by the natural world and love to express this as an artist, through my paintings, I love to support others to access their wilder natures with an open heart, at peace with the natural flows and rhythms of life’s cyclical changes.

I am the mother of three beautiful young adults, whom I had the utmost pleasure and honour to Home Educate, being a mum has been one of the many gifts I have enjoyed in life. I love being out in nature, among the trees or my toes pressing into the sand, travelling and oil painting and enjoy the opera, music and creative writing.

I have been a full-time yoga teacher, yoga teacher trainer and artist and loved sharing these beautiful, transformative practices for 20 years.

One of the most accessible powerfully transformative, relaxing practices I return to time and time again is Yoga Nidra.

I absolutely LOVE the practice of Yoga Nidra and am very excited to be sharing it with you!


Yoga Nidra is my go to practice when I feel a little emotionally raw or vulnerable, when I am tired and need to RELAX, when I am developing stress symptoms or when I am wanting to develop myself in new or expanded ways; for those times when I need to change my beliefs or behaviour patterns that habitually hold me back from being the best version of myself.

I love that through the process of yoga nidra we set our own intentions to bring about the transformation and healing we crave.

This is a deeply relaxing practice, and suitable for everyone, we meet weekly online so that over time we get to know one another and share our experience with other like-minded women.

Our weekly practice takes us into a deeply reflective relaxation. There is no movement; we simply follow the guided meditation whilst lying down.

Yoga Nidra is often referred to as ‘Yogic Sleep’, or ‘Psychic Sleep’, and comes to us through the lineage of yogic philosophy and practice. As a deeply meditative, transformative, deep healing and relaxing practice I was especially motivated to find a way that I could share this with you.

Yoga Nidra is a powerful relaxing, meditative practice to de-stress, develop insights into our unconscious selves, create an enhanced sense of well-being and awaken, or heighten our inner potential. Our yoga nidra classes explore the state of being ‘wakefully asleep’ as a basis for self-inquiry and restoration. It can be a profoundly enlightening and healing experience.

What a wonderful thing it is to have the internet at our disposal so that we may connect and practice together in the community of like-minded women no matter where in the world we reside.

Our hour-long guided relaxation session of 'yogic sleep' is practised live online together, from the comfort of your own home. This is especially valuable to those of you who are 'too busy' to relax, have no, or little child care, it is easy to access, you can join us from anywhere and any room, so long as you have access to Wi-Fi, and are looking for an easy solution to fit into your weekly schedule.

You are invited to come and join us each week, all you need is access to the internet via a computer, mobile phone or tablet, and a place that you can settle down in the comfort of your own home, hotel room, office or anywhere else that inspires you!

Each session we have a brief introduction, as everyone arrives online together, you will be guided to lay down to practice with no movement, eyes closed. Each guided yoga nidra session includes breath awareness techniques, visualisation and intention setting so that you can individualise the practice to bring about the transformation you desire. To round off each session we often chat about our experiences so that we may get to know each other and learn from each other.

Each session you will develop full physical, mental and emotional rest.

We experience this by following the guided instructions of full body relaxation, breath-awareness and visualisation.

Each session you will be encouraged to work with your own personal resolve or intention, to bring about the positive change you wish to experience in your life. An intention, or as we often call them a Sankalpa is a short, positive statement, in the present tense.

Some examples of Resolves or Intentions are:


  • I am vibrantly healthy in all ways.

  • I now awaken my intuition for personal guidance.

  • My relationships are happy, supportive and loving.

  • I am now financially earning my full potential.

  • I am the embodiment of love.

  • I am relaxed, open and clear

Our weekly practice has a cumulative effect, so the more consistent we are with practising the more easily we see the results - this is why we meet weekly online, it is your time and space to do the inner work whilst benefitting from the physical, mental and emotional rest.

You can expect to feel more relaxed, clear, sure of yourself, supported, less anxious, prepared to take the next steps, have a better quality of sleep and feel and become more positive and in charge of your own life.

Pure Bliss!

It is very important, whilst practising Yoga Nidra, that you switch off all other devices and that you are completely undisturbed - switch off phones, lock the front door - put a 'do not disturb' sign on your bedroom door, do whatever it takes to ensure that you will be able to relax, switch off and be undisturbed!
