Are you looking for the Perfect Relaxation and Self-Development Practice?

Deep Relaxation Meditation Series

Maybe you feel like you've been going so fast for so long?

Trying to do it all, serving and tending the needs of others before yourself; your relationship, family, work, dependants?

Do you have any health or stress-related issues that need resolving?

Perhaps you are ready to stop for a moment, to relax, renew and reset?

If this sounds like you, I have the perfect, easy to access,

weekly practice for you to join in with!

One of my favourite personal practices and one I particularly enjoy guiding others in is Yoga Nidra.

This magical practice guides you into a deep state of relaxation, and profound healing as yoga nidra restores the mind, body, and senses back to their natural state of harmony.

By taking time to relax, be guided and set out own clear intentions we begin to breathe deeply again, become more creative and welcome tending our loved ones, and our lives, from a place of fullness and deep rest.

Our yoga nidra classes explore the state of being ‘wakefully asleep’ as a basis for self-inquiry and restoration.

It can be a profoundly enlightening and healing experience.

Yoga Nidra is a powerful relaxing, meditative practice to de-stress, develop insights into our unconscious selves, create an enhanced sense of well-being and awaken, or heighten our inner potential.

Each session you will develop full physical, mental and emotional rest.

Benefits of Yoga Nidra:

  • Increased vitality

  • Reduces stress symptoms

  • Improves sleep

  • Calms the mind

  • Lower blood pressure

  • Enhances concentration

  • Promotes deep emotional and physical healing

  • Clears negative thoughts and beliefs

  • Greater self-love and compassion

  • Strengthens the immune system

We experience this by following the guided instructions of full-body relaxation, breath-awareness, and visualisation.

Each session you will be encouraged to work with your own personal resolve a Sankalpa, to bring about the positive change you wish to experience in your life.

Some examples of Sankalpas (personal intentions) are:

  • I am vibrantly healthy in all ways.

  • My intuition awakens for personal guidance.

  • My relationships are happy, supportive and loving.

  • I now financially earning my full potential.

  • I am the embodiment of love.

  • I awaken my Spiritual Awareness as I grow in all ways.

What our participants are saying...

I can also see that the Sankalpa really does work. It's come true for me on a deeper level than I originally sought and has had a knock-on effect to the benefit of others.

Charlotte is a gentle, empathetic and helpful guide who listens to what works for people and will adjust accordingly. After years of yoga and several teachers, I find Charlotte to be truly inspirational. She has my full recommendation.
