Join us for our 50 hr Restorative Yoga CPD Course in Inverness, Scotland.
We'll begin our day together at 8 am and round off the days' studies at 6 pm on Friday and Saturday, Sunday's we start at 8 am and finish at 1 pm.

This teacher training focuses on the practice, art, and teaching of restorative yoga and is designed for teachers and teacher trainees.
Each intensive weekend offers a retreat-like atmosphere which includes practice, study and learning of restorative asana, the anatomy and physiology of restorative yoga and how to sequence and teach a restorative yoga class. There will be a particular emphasis on assisting and adjusting the postures to suit individual needs.
On completion of the course, you’ll have an understanding of how to sequence and teach a restorative yoga class, the anatomy, and physiology of restorative yoga and how to adjust restorative postures to suit individual needs.
Eligibility + pre-requisites
This training is for qualified yoga teachers and teacher trainees.
This training meets, Yoga Alliance International requirements for CPD. On completion of this course, you will receive a certificate of completion.
