Day 91 Awakening Grace and Miracles - My Personal Journey with A Course In Miracles
Updated: Jun 12, 2020
Hello, beauty,
How does this find you?
I found myself disappearing down a dark rabbit hole of social media this morning, my heart feels heavy with concern and tenderness for the injustices in the world right now. I feel sick in my stomach seeing the rioting, protesting, expressions of trauma and fear.
I have been feeling the pain in my body and cried, holding each of us in my heart.
Yesterday I posted, like so many of us, a black square on social media in recognition and as an act of solidarity and proclamation that I too believe in justice, equality and the rights of all of us as individuals within a global family, no matter the colour of our skin, the origin of birth, or religious or spiritual beliefs, to live a life where we are each validated and safe.
Where we as a global family working together AS ONE, to co-create Heaven on Earth, to birth a new beginning of true understanding, love and respect.
I believe that we are ONE - BLACK LIVES MATTER.
⠀⠀ ⠀⠀
I do not have all if any, answers, but what I do know is that our planet and the lives of the peoples upon it are crying out for change, to AWAKEN.
I have, like many of us here, been born into white privilege, we may not even realise it is so, as this has been long-lived and embodied, systemic and cultural way of seeing the world, others and who we are in relationship to all that.
What I do know is that we are in the midst of a global crisis, where trauma is being triggered, reactivated, and shockingly new wounds and trauma added to the ongoing ancestral pain that has been left, for the most part, unrecognised, unhealed, and misunderstood.
We are ALL being called to rise up, open our eyes and hearts and learn what is needed now, to take daily action to come into unity with ALL the peoples of our ONE GLOBAL FAMILY.
We are ONE and we each carry the others pain.
I have also seen, via social media, beautiful acts of courage, love, compassion and a desire to understand and adjust our thinking and actions accordingly.
I am fully invested in learning all that I can and healing any separation and racism within me.

We need miracles more than ever, the planet is in crisis, and we the global family are in crisis.
My prayer is for each of us to do our bit to transform what ails, blocks and hinders love from flowing through us into acceptance, equality, and the blessings of togetherness, Oneness; of Unity.
The lesson, lesson 91, from the Course, 'Miracles are seen in light'.
Let us turn to the One Power, to awaken ourselves to the miracle that resides right here in the light if only we are willing to release clinging to the dark.
Let us ask for a miracle right now.
“While you remain in darkness, the miracle remains unseen."
