How are things with you today?
I have been enjoying some time at the beach, my feet plunged deliciously into the cool clear waters of the sea, the sand trickling sensually through my toes.
Now, with music softly humming in the background, I find myself here with you, sipping on a mug of Golden Milk. Have you tried this tasty, nourishing beverage yet?
Adding a daily ritual of preparing and sipping a beautiful, nourishing mug of Golden Milk I believe will soothe your body and mind!
The anti-inflammatory, antioxidant benefits of this delicious hug in a mug, make this a drink of choice for daily living.
For 1 delicious mug of Golden Milk
1 1/2 cups unsweetened almond
milk (or nut milk of choice)
1 tsp ground turmeric (grated fresh
turmeric root is delicious)
1/4 tsp ground ginger (or grated
fresh ginger root)
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp coconut oil
1 pinch ground black pepper
1 pinch of Himalayan pink sea salt
1 slosh of maple syrup, to taste
Place all of the ingredients in a small pan over a low heat, stir or whisk the milky mixture until blended and warm (but not boiling) this may take 4 mins or so.
Pour into your beautiful mug of choice, I prefer a beautiful ceramic mug, and enjoy!
Find somewhere to sit and sip your nourishing mug of Golden Milk, with mindful reverence.

- A Course In Miracles
The lesson, lesson 85, from the Course, is this a refresher on some of the previous points of exploration, the first being 'My grievances hide the light of the world in me', and 'My salvation comes from me.'
There have been many times in my life where I have turned within, to be my own rescue to know and live my truth by shining light upon my shadows. To bring life to my d dreams move, hopefully, with more grace than not, away from things that no longer serve my openness and radiance being transmitted in the world.
I believe that each of us has the power to create all that we desire, to be our own saviours and become our genuine selves
If you ever waver and doubt your own power, remember this ...
She remembered she could save herself. So she did.
With my love,
