Hello, my beautiful friend,
It is a blustery day here in Scotland, the wind has been swirling around the house all night, shaking the dead leaves and tinder twigs from the trees, mother nature shifting energy, and letting us feel and hear her as she twists and turns and presses herself up against the windows and doors, wrapping herself fiercely, intimately around all that stands in her path.
In the background, I have the music of Ben Howard gently crooning as I write, a large glass of hot water beside me and the joy of words scattering across this page.
How are you this day? Are you too enjoying the power of nature as she makes her presence known?
Today I am inspired to share with you a project I have been working on, 'Soul Chats and Cacao', it is a series of soul chats with beautiful women who inspire me and have been alongside me over the years in various ways.
The first chat, with Kelsey Morse Ansbro, is below. I would love to know what your key takeaways are from the conversation, so please let me know.
I feel that the conversation fits in nicely with today's lesson from the Course, which is this: Let me recognise the problem so it can be solved.
Essentially if we do not recognise the problem it cannot be solved.
With our awareness, acknowledgement and acceptance we may awaken healing, transformation and resolve problems, acts, and thoughts of separation from the root, to in weeding out the misperceptions, and fears within anything can be solved.
Our whole being is seeking unity, wholesomeness and connection to All That Is.
When we have a problem we know that we have shifted our focus away from the Perfection that is always present.
We can lift the veils of illusion to see clearly, realign our thinking and vibration towards that of healing, unity and resolution of all that ails and misaligns us.
In the conversation with Kelsey, we discussed her journey to becoming a yoga teacher, what she has had to, and is still overcoming in her life, and what inspires her teaching.
We talk about healing, overcoming obstacles, the dark night of the soul and so much more and our body positive approaches to solving problems and finding connection and meaning in life.

“Healing is a lesson in understanding, and the more you practice it the better teacher and learner you become."

May all the solutions you desire present themselves in easeful, loving ways,
