Hello, my beautiful friend,
I am feeling rather ungrounded and dreamy today, although it is a divine state to find myself in, it is not a state where I get much done!
Being typically an energetic A-type (although, I like to think I am a recovering A-type), I have a to-do list the length of my arm and well beyond!
I have an endless capacity to keep going, to do and achieve more, to engage with a number of things at once, to want to learn, create and be simultaneously.
Sometimes I really exhaust myself.
Having said this, I am much more balanced than previously in my life, I look back over the past 40+ years and wonder how on earth I kept up with all I was exploring!
It is a continual process of dissolving, becoming, and in casting off old habits to follow the natural ebb and flow of energy that cycles through me.
I find myself being more vigilant than ever before about where I place my energy and why. I explore the subtle motivations behind every act. For example, why, when I need to rest, do I sometimes still ignore the call to pause and press reset.
I feel that if I am truly living life on-purpose in co-creation with the Universe then it is vital to my well-being, and that of those I am deeply connected to, to thrive in all ways.
In fact, this is true too of the whole of our society at large, if I am thriving, then the energetic blueprint of that ripples out into the world around me. I believe that if we are all showing up as our most love expressed, vibrant, resourced selves then our societal structures will mirror this outwardly.
This means only doing the things I absolutely love. In a way that feels in alignment with my souls yearning for expression, with love and grace as inspiration and guidance.
I live life with this mantra …
If it’s not a HELL YES, it’s a HELL NO.
This is rather a bold mantra to live by, I realise, it means really tuning in to what needs to be done, shared, explored and expressed next. It means letting go of anything that is no longer a match to the unravelling and revealing of my soul’s desire for soulful expression.
It takes courage.
It takes radical honesty with oneself to live this.
What mantra do you live by?
“How can what is fully shared be withheld and then revealed?”
- A Course In Miracles
Lesson 32, from ACIM is this: I have created the world I see.
This is a meaty one! It takes full compassionate ownership to accept this as truth.
To recognise the lives we have individually created, are entwined intimately with the make up of the whole of our global structures, and society. That we each have a part to play, that indeed we are all players in our localised and global family structures.
When one person heals, transforms and lives in an aligned state of consciousness, then this, I believe ripples out affecting us all. This, I believe is how we change the world one person at a time.
As we look at the outer circumstances of our lives, and the outer circumstances of society at large, what I am most curious about today is your inner society, the inner structures of what make you, you.
How is the inner society of your thoughts, emotions, your cellular health, your bones, muscles and organs?
How are you managing your inner community of tissue, energy, thoughts and feelings? The inner sanctum of your being? The ecology of your body, mind and heart?
Are they working harmoniously together? Are they functioning optimally in balance together as a thriving ecosystem?
Are each of these aspects speaking to one another clearly, freely and intuitively?
Or is the flow of communication between all, or some of these inner parts shut down or off-line?
Are any of these aspects of your inner world in isolation, awaiting the time they may be welcomed into community again?
